What is the quality of your products? Is it safe? What kind of battery cells are used?
Our products, from design, production, testing have a strict process to ensure that the products are of excellent quality, reliable quality and very safe.
The batteries are made of A+ grade cells from famous manufacturers such as BYD, EVE, REPT and other big companies.
How about the warranty terms?
Tectronic provides a standard 5-10 years factory warranty on all battery products. Human damage or abnormal operation is excluded.
How long is the delivery period of your factory?
It needs to be determined according to the amount of goods. If there is Forecast, we can prepare and plan to produce earlier. If not, it usually takes 30-35 days. Please contact us to learn more.
Will the home energy storage battery work with all inverters?
Tectronic has basically adjusted the mainstream inverters on the market,Please refer to Tectronic Compatiable inverter list. If you need something special, please provide the protocol for us to debug.

Delivery
Generally we use FOB shipment
Our obligation as the seller is to load the goods onto the vessel assigned by the buyer at the port of shipment specified in the contract and within the stipulated period of time, and to notify the buyer in time.
The risk is transferred from the seller to the buyer when the goods cross the ship's rail when loading.
The buyer is responsible for chartering and booking the ship, paying the freight charges, and notifying the seller of the ship's date and name in a timely manner.

Pre-Sales Service:

In-Sales Service:
In the process of product manufacturing, invite the user's relevant technical personnel to our company to inspect the inspection of each process in the manufacturing process, and provide the user's relevant technical personnel with the product inspection standards and inspection results.
After-sales Service:
Combined with user needs for technical training, timely improvement of products according to user needs. Information on customer calls and communications are processed within 8 hours of reply, and service engineers are on call 24 hours system. Failures is not dealt with, service engineers can not leave the scene, leave the scene need customer permission.
